The purpose of this section is to highlight the food safety hazards identified by global food safety agencies through their published reports. It reveals key topics that are currently prioritized by official bodies—including food safety agencies and national agencies responsible for food control plans—both in the short term and over an extended period. This approach is both prospective and selective.
